Group Psychotherapy in Los Angeles and Glendale CA
Depending on the nature of your issue, group therapy may be an excellent option for addressing your concerns and achieving good life changes. One or more psychologists lead a group of five to fifteen patients in group therapy. Normally, groups meet once a week for an hour or two. Some people go to individual therapy in addition to groups, while others just go to groups. Visit Dr. Soroya Bacchus, MD, for effective treatment. We have convenient locations to serve you in Los Angeles CA and Glendale CA. For more information, call us or book an appointment online. We serve patients from Los Angeles CA, Glendale CA, Beverly Hills CA, Santa Monica CA, Hollywood CA, Burbank CA, and Pasadena CA.

We are now pleased to announce that we are offering Supportive Group Psychotherapy services with our PA Jodi Jett who has completed certifications for this kind of therapy. Group psychotherapy broadly is a group made up of members who have something in common.
“Common” can be just about any kind of topic or issue such as anxiety, PTSD, coping skills, diversity inclusion, or anything else that might be relevant to group members. Information, clarification, and support are the emphases with these topics. We now have the ability to tailor these meetings along a multitude of concerns and have already started this program with many of our active current patients. However, we are also interested in using our group psychotherapy as a starting point for treatment and information where additional mental health and rehabilitation services might be helpful for you at our Psychiatry Unplugged home.
Check us out and see if group therapy can offer support and help you on your journey in mentally healthy ways that sustain and create your best life yet!
