Dr. Bacchus is a wonderful doctor. Extremely knowledgeable about pharma and side effects and interactions. She is also patient and kind.

Throughout the past several years I have seen a plethora of professionals and doctors who specialize in chemical dependency and dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders. After struggling to stay sober I happened to stumble upon Dr. Bacchus and I can sincerely say that she is a professional, solution-oriented, no-nonsense, personable, non-judgemental, and an easy Dr. to work with. If anyone were to ask me for a reference regarding chemical dependency/dual diagnosis it would be Dr. Bacchus hands down.

I have seen several psychiatrists over the past 15 years. Most have been very good, and a couple have been bad, but Dr. Bacchus is the first that I would call great. She is politely direct, candid and will get to the point when the time is appropriate. She is very intelligent, extremely knowledgable about her field, and insightful about her craft - that is, getting me the help I needed quickly. She is also friendly, relatable and carries herself with dignity. She is the first psychiatrist who I think has correctly and specifically diagnosed me with the exact disorder that I have. The medication that she prescribed has balanced me well and has absolutely no side effects. During the initial process she adjusted the medication accordingly and seemed perfectly willing to switch or abandon it if she wasn't seeing the results that she expected. I had had a history of going on and off medication, but this is the first time that I feel no need or desire to. I don't feel groggy or hazy or anything of that nature. I feel better than ever, really. I can't recommend her highly enough. Along with the other psychological therapy I am currently receiving, she has been an integral part in making me a better man. I and my entire family are very grateful for that.

Dr. Bacchus is something else!!!! When I first met her I was in pretty bad shape. She is helping me get my life back on track and I must say I've been not only getting back on track, I'm thriving! Dr Bacchus is very easy to discuss one's issues with. She quickly guided me off some unnecessary medications for my Bipolar Condition after correctly and effectively diagnosing my illness. I had been taking a lot of unnecessary medications with side effects. After several months with Dr Bacchus, my condition is now stable and I am no longer suffering from bipolar depression.

Multiple psychiatrists had refused to see me because my mental health was too “complex.” Dr. Bacchus thought my case was a no brainer and began treating me. She always listens to my needs and discusses my issues in words I can understand.
